The Sawmills, Durley, comprising of 5 new office units in 2 stand
alone buildings was completed in September 2005. Built by well
respected local contractor, PC Services, PC Flooring was appointed to provide screeding services to this project.
An anhydrite floor screed was laid over underfloor heating within the tight timescale of 72 hours.

This award winning chemical manufacturing company's headquarters is situated in Lyndhurst, Hampshire. An innovative two storey building design with open plan offices on the ground floor and a gallery of cellular offices on the upper floors.
On this project the expert PC Flooring team applied an Isocrete K Screed to both the upper and ground floors within the given timescale and to the highest specification.

On this project we applied a sand/cement screed reinforced with polypropylene fibres laid over insulation to the ground floors and basement areas covering 1000m2.

The BBC Radio Centre was the first project that PC Flooring partnered
with Ellmer Construction on.
PC Flooring applied a 75mm Isocrete K Sand / cement screed reinforced
with polypropylene fibres over 75mm insulation.

This is the first project that PC Flooring has worked on with Kvaerner
and we are hoping to partner with them on other projects in the
future.
For the Portman Building Society project in Bournemouth the PC Flooring
team applied a Sand/Cement screed reinforced with polypropylene fibres, for
the Atrium and core areas. Logistically it was a taxing project to complete
due to its location in the centre of town.

The Royals Business Park is the 2nd project that PC Flooring has
partnered with Bowmer and Kirkland on. This prestigious project comprised
of an office development with carefully landscaped winter gardens.
For this contract PC Flooring applied a quick drying Isocrete K
screed reinforced with polypropylene fibres. The work undertaken was completed
on time to the highest finish in line with the high specifications of the
development.

PC Flooring has developed a solid relationship with Warings Contractors
and together they have completed over 17 construction projects.
On the prestigious Snowbase contract we applied a reinforced Isocrete
K screed with polypropylene fibres, for the new Control Centre at Heathrow
airport.
The project was completed in a short timescale and to the high standard expected of BAA and Warings.

PC Flooring has worked with ROK on a number of occasions and were
pleased to have secured this prestigious contract with them to work on the
South Terminal Arrivals Extension at Gatwick Airport.
The work included the preparation of the flooring surface through
shotblasting followed by the application of two coats of Mapei Primar MF
surface damp proof membrane. A self-levelling cementitious screed, Mapei
Ultraplan Maxi, was then pumped over the 3500m² floor surface.
