The Oxford Jewish Community first acquired the centre in 1974. In 2003 the decision was taken to upgrade and expand the centre including the construction of a separate three storey building adjacent to the existing synagogue.
PC Flooring was contracted to apply a proprietory floor screed to the ground floor area. The project was completed within budget and to the given timescale.

Howbery Park in Oxfordshire is the third project that PC Flooring has completed with Moss Construction. We secured the work with the Environmental Agency due to our dedication in ensuring correct Environmental Policy practice in all our work.
We applied a 75mm reinforced screed with polypropylene fibres, designed to a floating construction including insulation and laid on a roof area externally.

For the Elim Pentecostal Church project we applied a 75mm sand/cement screed with polypropylene fibres laid over insulation and underfloor heating. The screed was applied to the ground and basement areas covering 800m2.

PC Flooring have partnered with ROK on numerous diverse projects
which have always been completed on time and to the highest specification.
The Dear Hay Lane project concentrated on the refurbishment of an
old indoor market into the current job centre. PC Flooring overcame the logistical
difficulties of the highly uneven floors and applied a Sureflow screed over
an area of 3000m2 within a very tight timescale.

PC Flooring has partnered with Raymond Brown on numerous projects.
The new MCA Helicopter Unit was officially opened in 2005 and houses the
aircraft as well as providing office facilities.
For this contract PC Flooring applied an Isocrete Heavy Duty K screed
with 25mm deep insulation laid over polythene.

The Magistrates Court in Swindon is the 4th project PC Flooring
has partnered with Norwest Holst on and one of many projects that they have
completed within Wiltshire.
The specialist work which was carried out within the allocated timescale
by PC Flooring included applying screed using a fibre reinforced screed over
a polythene membrane.

The YMCA in Redhill is the 4th project that PC Flooring has partnered
with Allenbuild on.
For this contract PC Flooring applied a sand/cement screed reinforced
with polypropylene fibres laid level on top of 70mm of insulation. The building
itself comprised of 42 bedrooms and PC Flooring undertook work over a 1650m2
area to the highest specification.
