PC Flooring have partnered with Leadbitter on many successful projects. This contract involved the construction of 328 en-suite student bedrooms for Brunel University on the Uxbridge campus.
On this project, PC Flooring applied a self-leveling anhydrite screed upon an acoustic membrane covering an area over 7000m2.
The project was completed on time and to the highest specification.

The student accommodation development at Oxford Road, Bournemouth is the second screeding project PC Flooring have undertaken with UNITE and Warings' 1200th project to date.
On this project PC Flooring applied an Isocrete K Screed with polypropylene fibres, laid upon insulation, to the core areas.
PC Services, also part of the PC Group, worked in partnership with PC Flooring undertaking the internal works including erecting metal stud partitions and MF ceilings as well as a Metsec framework and Sto render externally.

An anhydrite floor screed was laid onto an acoustic membrane to an area of some 12,000m2.
The PC group also carried out the Metsec frame, Sto render and the internal partition package on this project

For this project we applied sand / cement screed reinforced with
polyfibres both internally and on the roof over an area of 3500m2.

This was the first project which PC Flooring completed with Barnwood
Construction, due to the success of the project we hope to partner with them
again.
The project included the conversion of the Albert Warehouse into
29 flats of 1,2,and 3 bedrooms, using a flowing self-levelling Anhydrite
screed laid over polythene. It was a challenging project as there
was a very limited time scale for the floor application.

Gun Wharf Quays is a prestigious contract for PC Flooring to have
worked on.
The expert PC Flooring team applied 15000mē of self-levelling anhydrite screed
over an acoustic layer. The products were specially selected for
cost and speed of drying.
The project was completed successfully and within the specified timescale.

The finished buildings are luxury penthouse
apartments in the heart of Southampton.
