This brand new motor dealership was custom designed by NC Architects for Dick Lovett in 2001. It has a prominent location within west Swindon and the high quality finish certainly ensures that the building stands out from the surrounding commercial and industrial properties.
PC Flooring were contracted to apply floor screeds to both the ground floor showroom and the workshop areas. The standard of finish was exceptionally high in keeping with the design.

TJ Hughes is a discount department store specialising in home and fashion, fragrance and cosmetics. TJ Hughes first started trading in 1912 and since then has continued to expand; the company now trades from 1.3 million square feet of retail space with 39 department stores nationwide.
PC Flooring were pleased to secure the contract to apply 75mm thick isolated Mapei Topcem screed across the 3,500m˛ floor area of one of their 6 new stores opening in September 2005 in Sutton, Greater London.

John Lewis features as the anchor store in the recently developed Touchwood Court, central Solihull. Opened in 2001 the store is of contemporary style with many new features and departments.
PC Flooring was contracted to apply an Isocrete K Screed to an area of 12,000m2 within the store itself and a resin covering to the rear warehouse area.
The store has proved very popular with shoppers in Solihull with over 60,000 attending the opening event in September 2001.

The Borders Bookshop is the 2nd project that PC Flooring has partnered with Midas on. Projects have always been completed on time and to a high specification.
The work comprised of fitting out a unit within a refurbished development to provide a book and music retail outlet and café. We applied an Isocrete K screed, 75mm in depth, laid on a polythene surface over an area of 2363 m2.

The Market Quay development is the 3rd project that PC Flooring has partnered with Carillion on.
This new retail and leisure scheme is part of the regeneration of Fareham town centre and has already secured major retail chains including TK Maxx, Wilkinson, JJB Sports and LA Fitness.
June 2005 will also see the opening of a new multi-screen cinema
For this high profile contract we applied a sand / cement and Isocrete K screed reinforced with polyfibres at a depth of 90mm.

Castlepoint Retail Centre is the 5th project that PC Flooring has
completed with Kier Build. This is a well known shopping area which was award
winning for its build.
We applied a sand/cement screed reinforced with polypropylene fibres
for the internal retail areas and external walkways. The total area covered
was 30,000m2.

Debenhams is the 4th project that PC Flooring has partnered with
Styles & Wood on. Projects have always been completed on time and to

On the prestigious Debehams contract we applied an Isocrete K screed
reinforced with polypropylene fibres, at 75mm in depth laid on a surface
damp proof membrane over an area of 14,000m2
CONTRACTOR | Longcross
CLIENT | Tesco

The Tesco Express store was the first project that PC Flooring partnered
with Longcross on.
On this contract we applied an Isocrete K screed, 50mm in depth
over a 115m2 area, a 10mm thick SBR Screed was laid which was bonded to the
existing floor for the thinner section areas.

PC Flooring has partnered with Spetisbury on numerous projects.
Westover Motors enjoys a strong presence in Dorset with over 8 showrooms,
with the Wallisdown location being described as an “award winning retail
concept design”.
For this contract PC Flooring applied Isocrete K screed and Isocrete
Screedfast over an area of 290m2 in two buildings. The work was completed
on time and to the highest finish.
