PC Flooring Ltd. is an established floor screeding contractor, offering traditional and proprietary sand and cement screed systems, including bonded, resin bonded and floating screeds, together with the supply and installation of thermal and accoustic insulation.

As well as being members of the Contract Flooring Association, we are also CHAS registered so you can be assured in the knowledge that all work undertaken is carried out safely and in full compliance with current legislation. In support of our Health & Safety Policy, Environmental Policy and Quality Management System, all our operatives hold CSCS cards, with our foremen also being SMSTS qualified.

What We Do

We operate throughout Southern and Central England and manage works on a wide range of project sizes. Understanding our customers’ needs and delivering the right quality on time has resulted in the majority of our work being repeat business from a growing list of satisfied clients. We are a privileged holder of an Isocrete license, enabling us to offer a full range of products from Flowcrete UK Ltd., including the market leading Isocrete K Screed.

Meet the Team

With the team’s customer focus and joint experience, we have built a considerable reputation over recent years and as such, are ideally suited to building the right relationships whilst offering the service and quality that contractors, developers and builders rightfully expect.

Ian Hammond has spent 25 years in the Construction industry, initially in the manufacture and supply of concrete and screed materials, having worked with Tarmac and Flowcrete. The experience and product knowledge gained in identifying and advising product choice to architects and designers nationwide now plays a crucial part in the complete PC Flooring Ltd. service offering, particularly where design input is needed. A natural progression was for Ian to set up his own company, which has now been operating for the last 8 years or so and as a screed specialist, Ian has been involved in some of the UK’s largest screeding projects.  

Martin Evans has a background in Construction Supply Chain Management, having spent around 25 years with the likes of Wates, Rok and Miller Construction. Martin’s experience of the complete construction project, together with an understanding of the obligations placed upon contractors, not to mention the effective relationship management needed to ensure a project’s success, are all now put to use in a specialist contracting environment, to the mutual benefit of PC Flooring Ltd. and our clients.
