For this project, we were able to visit Capital Concrete Ltd's brand-new plant to see exactly where our screed comes from.
We watched it being batched, loaded up, and delivered to the site in Bracknell.

On site, we installed:

• EPS Insulation

• Seperating Membrane

• Cemfloor by McGraths Non-Heated, a high-performance, self-compacting liquid screed.

Once poured, we saw cut joints to control shrinking and prevent cracking.

This project highlights PC Flooring’s hands-on approach, technical understanding, and commitment to quality at every stage.
