We’re delighted to share our recent work at The Flume with Beard Construction.

Our team delivered:
- Kingspan Insulation - a high performance thermal layer.
- Separating membrane.
- Heavy Duty Ultimate K Screed - a robust, fast-drying screed that, in the right conditions, dries at a rate of 75mm per week.

It was a pleasure collaborating with Beard on this scheme, a smooth process from start to finish.

Every project has its own challenges, but this one reminded us how important it is to get the details right on the build-up before screeding.

The foundation work really sets the standard for the final finish.
